Spa Etiquette

Scheduling Your Spa Day

To book your special spa day, call 707-527-7671, or from your Vinarosa guest room, simply select the Spa button to direct dial. All services are based on availability.

 
  • Guests must be 18+ years of age.
  • Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment. Spa Facilities close at 4:30 pm daily.
  • Your Guest Intake Form will be emailed in your confirmation and is recommended to be completed prior to your arrival.
  • Spa guests may enjoy our co-ed Caldarium indoor warm jetted pool or steam facilities, for a 2-hour period before or after their treatment.
  • Pets, speaker devices, smoking, and outside food and beverage are not permitted in the Spa areas.
  • To maintain a sanctuary of relaxation, we ask that all cellular phones, computers, and/or other electronic devices either remain in your locker or muted while in the Spa areas.
 
  • Luxurious Vi La Vita Robes are provided as well as sandals and a personal locker.
  • Hotel guests are welcome to arrive at the Spa dressed in their robes and slippers.
 
  • Unattended and/or cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 100% of their value.
  • We request a credit card number to hold all reservations.
 
  • A 24% service charge will be added to your Spa services.
  • Gratuities for outstanding service may be added at the guest’s discretion.
 
  • Please inform us of any health conditions at the time of booking (e.g., pregnancy, injuries, allergies, high blood pressure, heart conditions, etc.)
  • Recreational medications before, during, or directly after spa treatments are not recommended.
 

The spa offers food menus from our restaurants for service in the pool areas and couples’ suite.

Please inquire with our Spa Concierge to design a special day for your group event or spa buyout. Our team of professionals would be delighted to assist with creating customized spa gifts or food menus to enhance your spa experience.
